West End

who would've thought that the characters from "Journey to the West" (Si You Ji / Sai Yao Kei) would appear in anybody's dream? it appeared in mine, last night. strangely, i dreamt of only the holy monk. i don't remember dreaming of the impulsive monkey god, the perverted old pig or the blurry sand monk.

in the dream, the setting was rather realistic like, akin to the human world with forests and mountains. there were the bad people and the good ones, fighting each other with their supernatural powers. i guess the Journey to the West's plot got slightly mixed up with Naruto the anime. i don't know how i ended up having such a complicated and superficial dream but it was not scary at all.

the holy monk was always being targeted by the enemies but this time, his disciples were not there to protect him. there was nothing which he could as well apart from praying/chanting whilst counting his praying beads one by one. it usually helped him to a certain extent but in the dream which i had, he was doing nothing like that. instead, he retaliated. i can't remember how he did it but i didn't know what happened in the end. by that time, i had already woken up. =)

it may not be convincing to some of you. some might wonder are all this dream for real? well, dreams are dreams. i wrote down everything to the best that i could remember. besides, dreams are chats kick-starters. why not try discussing about dreams with one another? it should be fun and funny.
